Our free delivery service will be sent Second Class signed for (3-5 working days)

*Please Note* these delivery time frames are from when your monogrammed items are completed and posted.

We always aim to design and dispatch within 3 working days. Items can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched at busy times (you will be notified)

RETURNS

Any customised/monogrammed items are non-refundable.

If you would like to return an item because it is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery on monogramwithmichelle@gmail.com

When returning your item please send recorded delivery, we can take no responsibility for items lost in post.
